Structure:

The split solar water heater system is composed by heat pipe solar collectors, cylinder water tank, controller, circulation pump, pressure gauge, flowmeter, anti-returning valve, pressure releasing valve and other accessories.

Working principle:
1) The split pressurized solar water heater composed of solar collector, storage tank, controller, working station and installation parts.
2) When the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and water tank reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.
3) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
4) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank.
5) In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach T-max, then start the auxiliary heating device.
